Artilleriet is a must-see whenever you are in Gothenburg, Sweden. It is one of my favourite design shops and, luckily for all of us not planning a visit to the Swedish coastal city, they also sell online – Yay! They have a fab collection of classics, vintage finds, modern objects and innovative pieces from around the world. They not only represent the well-known and established brands, but also up-and-coming names with great potential.
To celebrate Artilleriet’s 5th anniversary, the founders, Sofie Hellsing and Christian Dulvenvoorden, decided to make things even more interesting and opened a creative and stylish space called Artilleriet Studio – It consists of an apartment filled with furniture, art, textiles and other accessories meant to show the shop’s assortment, but also to inspire visitors. Everything in the Artilleriet Studio is available for sale, and many of the objects are being presented for the very first time in Sweden. It is definitely a cool place to check out!
